Due to the nature of competition-based raffles and live draws, all ticket purchases and entries are final and non-refundable once a transaction is successfully completed. Once a ticket is bought, your entry is officially registered for the live draw, and chances to win are allocated. Consequently, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, failure to win a prize, or failure to watch/attend the live draw.
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any competition or raffle under exceptional circumstances (such as failing to meet minimum ticket sales requirements, technical difficulties, legal/regulatory updates, or force majeure events).
In the event that we officially cancel a competition, all participants who purchased tickets for that specific event will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, mobile wallet, or payment card) used at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through authorized local payment gateways in Pakistan. In the event that a valid refund is approved (such as a cancelled competition), the funds will be processed back to the original funding source—whether paid via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or mobile wallet. Processing times depend on the payment gateway and financial provider, typically taking between 3 to 7 business days.

We will review your transaction logs and payment proof, and if an error is verified, an appropriate refund or correction will be issued.
Any fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment attempts, or abusive dispute claims will be thoroughly investigated with our payment gateway providers. Accounts associated with fraudulent behavior or unauthorized payment disputes will be immediately banned and permanently barred from participating in future raffles.
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
